Product Description:

Monoclonal antibodies that recognize GST tags obtained by traditional monoclonal antibody preparation methods. The principle of preparation is as follows: the mice are immunized with natural of recombinant GST, and at the end of immunization, the mice are killed to take their spleens to make single cells, which are then fused with myeloma cells, and then screened by ELISA or other means, and the selected cells form a stable cell line after cloning, and this cell line is cltured in vitro or induced ascites formation in mice, and then purified from the culture medium or ascites to obtain GST monoclonal antibody, which is finally identified and confirmed by ELISA or Western Blot.
